    Our Quality Assurance Plan has a three-tier architecture.

    1. MTs transcribe and edit their own work using the latest terminology and spell check software.

    2. Transcribed documents are proof read by AllScribe's Quality Control Managers who are all qualified Doctors.

    3. The final QA check is carried out by our QA lead before delivery to the client.
