- As a client, you are
provided with a custom program that is designed to meet your specific
needs. This program begins by listening to you. We want to understand
how your practice operates as well as listen to any concerns you
may have. We work with you to understand your present medical
records system, computer network, operational procedures, and
budgetary considerations. Based upon your requirements, we customize
a program that is easily integrated into your present practice
patterns and can grow with you in the future. After your program
is established we continue to monitor, modify, or expand the program
according to your requirements. We also provide management reports
that give you the information you need to evaluate the quality
and costs associated with your program.

goal is to give you control over the entire medical transcription

style rather than force you to adapt to an outside method. As
a client, you determine the turn around time, the format of
the transcriptions, as well as the reports you would like to
