We will customize our process to meet your needs However, this is the general process we follow:

1. You give us your voice reports by either;

Dictating to our system from any touch tone phone using our 800 numbers.

OR

Using a hand held device to record your data and then uploading the voice files to our server using a simple one click operation on your computer.

2. Tell us that files have been sent by sending an e-mail.

3. We acknowledge receipt by sending back an e-mail; Turnaround Time ....(TAT) calculatedfrom the time we receive the job list .

4. Completed transcribed reports (Word Documents or specified format) ....are returned within scheduled TAT using email or fax or automatically ....downloaded back into the client's PCs; intimation through e-mail.Then ....the electronic reports can be printed or incorporated into an electronic ....medical record.
